Sr. Director, Enterprise Payments Product Commercializationwill be a member of theis responsible forbringing best in classEnterprise Paymentsolutions to market supporting client needs across, Risk and Value-Added-ServicesSr. Director, Enterprise Payments Product Commercializationis responsible forensuring the successful, on-time externalization of new products and services. This role will function as the critical interface to managecommercial activities,the process for answering the how, the what, the why, and then when for new products and feature sets. TheSr. Director, Enterprise Payments Product Commercializationnot only owns the entire end to end go-to-market process, partnering with the Sales
Responsibilities:
Develop an overall Financial Product GTM strategy and plan including:
Commercialization framework
Client segmentation / targeting criteria
Commercial constructs, terms,agreementsand pricing structures
Pilot product commercialization framework and strategy, launch communications plan and overall execution
Launch and execution plan for general availability
Work with GTM, Sales Ops and Product Marketing to develop anddisseminatematerials to educate internal and external stakeholders on new product offerings
Orchestrate cross-functional coordination to execute pilots and formal product launches, as well as to accelerate product adoption
Manage a team of Commercial Leads and Project Managers to ensure effectiveness.
Qualifications:
+ years’ of work experience with aBachelor’s Degreeorequivalent
Product development, deployment, management consulting or banking experience (4-6 years)
Skills:
Able to gain alignment and drive action through effective communication and influence
Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy
Able to exercise independent judgment toidentifyand evaluate complex problems and implement solutions
Robust project management skills withdemonstratedability tofacilitatediscussion and team cohesion
Ensure that all launches are delivered on-time and on-strategy by enabling and driving communication and execution with cross-functional teams
Proactively manage,monitor, and escalate FXs with a holistic understanding of the project scope
Collaborate with stakeholders to navigate ideas and opportunities, assess needs, and define desired outcomes and goals to achieve cross-functional alignment on operational, marketing, and business aspects of the plan
Detect areas within the business to drive performance, program, and process improvements that accelerate execution
Work closely with the Product team to ensure that project plans can be effectively implemented and iterated, providing frontline feedback and innovative solutions
