The Position

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar in current good standing.

  • MBA or LLM is aplus.

  • 2+ years of relevantexperienceinhouse or at a major law firm.

  • Must have experiencenegotiating andadvisingsenior leadersoncomplexcommercialdeals, including in the financial services sector

  • Deep subject matterexpertiseinpayments industry and commercial salestransactions

  • Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt legal requirements in balanced,creative,and pragmatic ways tofacilitateclear and open communication at all levels of the

  • Deep familiarity anddemonstratedexperience with commercial contracts lifecyclemanagement, anddriving automation and other efficiencies in the commercialspace.

  • High comfort level with a wide range of legal issues and subject matters
