Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that ensures the Fastlane Consumer value proposition is best-in-class. Collaboration with global analytics and data science teams will be key to building models that drive personalization and actionable insights. Additionally, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and other business units—to develop and implement innovative solutions. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

Requisite Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on optimizing conversion, checkout flows, and/or payment systems in an e-commerce or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of checkout and payments market.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with data science teams to integrate ML and data-driven insights into customer-facing products.
  • Proven track record in driving complex optimization initiatives, balancing competing metrics.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional, matrixed teams, including product, marketing, engineering, and data science.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience with payment systems and instruments (debit, credit, balance, cards).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing, and decision-making skills.
