Transform the way buildings operate to be safer, moreproductive, and more energy conscious.

YourResponsibilities

  • Identify and secure potential new customers, consultants, and planners for Honeywell Partner Channel products and services.
  • Professional business development focused on end-users, M&E consultants, planners, general contractors, and subcontractors in line with Honeywell business objectives.
  • Develop business opportunities considering the Honeywell portfolio.
  • Explore new sales opportunities for new construction, modernization, and expansion projects in the field of building automation.
  • Actively contribute to product sales, projects, and performance of the service sales team.
  • Generate new qualified sales, service leads, and business opportunities for all market channels.
  • Contribute to BMS strategy and implementation through research and business development.
  • Create and maintain business development plans for all newly identified customers.
  • Regularly participate and contribute to monthly sales/service team meetings.
  • Support brand development by creating marketing content and participating in trade shows to expand network and influence.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Extensive sales experience with proven success in business development directly related to end-users, M&E consultants, planners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Commercial and technical understanding in the field of building/industrial automation and control systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Pronounced customer orientation with the ability to build sustainable customer relationships with mutual benefit.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Passion for proactive, competitive business development and growth.
  • High self-motivation with a structured and results-oriented working style.
  • Very good French language skills, both written and spoken, English or German language is advantage
