YourResponsibilities
- Identify and secure potential new customers, consultants, and planners for Honeywell Partner Channel products and services.
- Professional business development focused on end-users, M&E consultants, planners, general contractors, and subcontractors in line with Honeywell business objectives.
- Develop business opportunities considering the Honeywell portfolio.
- Explore new sales opportunities for new construction, modernization, and expansion projects in the field of building automation.
- Actively contribute to product sales, projects, and performance of the service sales team.
- Generate new qualified sales, service leads, and business opportunities for all market channels.
- Contribute to BMS strategy and implementation through research and business development.
- Create and maintain business development plans for all newly identified customers.
- Regularly participate and contribute to monthly sales/service team meetings.
- Support brand development by creating marketing content and participating in trade shows to expand network and influence.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive sales experience with proven success in business development directly related to end-users, M&E consultants, planners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Commercial and technical understanding in the field of building/industrial automation and control systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Pronounced customer orientation with the ability to build sustainable customer relationships with mutual benefit.
- Proven experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities.
- Passion for proactive, competitive business development and growth.
- High self-motivation with a structured and results-oriented working style.
- Very good French language skills, both written and spoken, English or German language is advantage
