Lead and oversee strategic programs, including regional Growth Bets (e.g. new mobility launches, new growth channels, new verticals), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Spearhead the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across APAC, collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and other key teams.
- Navigate and manage the complexities of diverse markets, ensuring seamless integration and execution of regional strategies.
- Define and refine the value proposition for key products in the region, working closely with regional Sales GMs and the Global Strategic Operations team.
- Partner with regional Mobility Ops teams to launch new products and continuously improve solutions, ensuring a strong customer experience.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Ops teams to develop and execute the product roadmap.
- Lead the launch of new products and features, ensuring they meet regional market needs and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide critical local insights to inform global product development .
- Design and implement innovative solutions tailored to business-specific needs. Lead the operationalization of new ride types and other corporate offerings, ensuring they align with client requirements and market opportunities.
The Experience You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, and investment banking, with a strong analytical focus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly identify key performance drivers.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse functions and seniority levels.
- Experience in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and structured deliverable communication, with SQL knowledge as a plus.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure challenges into actionable plans.
- Expertise in project management, with experience in setting up and implementing processes from scratch.
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a resourceful and innovative approach to challenges
