About the Role
In this role, you will get to own and execute global projects and initiatives that will drive profitable incremental growth for Uber for Business. You will partner with your cross-functional counterparts to deliver elevated experiences to corporate customers and their employees.
What You'll DoProgram Management:
- Harness your analytical skills to uncover actionable insights that shape strategy and drive decision-making
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track top-line and operational performance metrics.
Product Strategy & Launch:
- Lead or support product launches, from new features to geography expansions, ensuring smooth execution and adoption.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Enablement:
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations or project/program management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders
- Experienced SQL user or similar query language
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Skilled in synthesizing information quickly to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
- Experience building deep relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating their concerns and successfully advocating for your priorities
- Comfort addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problems
- B2B Experience is an asset, but not required
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
