AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Align with Snowflake partner teams to identify needs and ensure acceleration program success
  • Collaborate with multiple groups (enablement, education, sales, engineering, marketing, product management, and partners) for acceleration program development
  • Construct enablement acceleration programs at global and regional levels to increase partner learning
  • Organize and manage enablement teams to execute acceleration program effectiveness
  • Establish and enhance partner enablement go-to-market assets, resources and touch points
  • Conduct internal and partner facing enablement awareness webinars
  • Design and facilitate partner enablement feedback programs
  • Define and launch enablement acceleration reporting
  • Engage in team efforts to improve partner learning paths and learning platforms

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • 8+ years of enablement experience
  • 5+ years of proven track record of creating enablement programs focused on increasing learner engagement
  • Experience working with and educating partners is highly preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, project management and communication skills
  • Previous experience managing people
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency to collaborate, influence and get things done across functional domains.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, across different areas of focus.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience
