As Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing, you will:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of partner marketers, ensuring their success in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across the EMEA region according to the strategic priorities set by management.

  • Develop and execute tactical pan-EMEA partner marketing plans to support business objectives, including joint demand generation, enablement, and co-branded activities.

  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, regional partner marketing teams, global marketing teams, and partner management teams to align marketing efforts with their revenue goals and priority partners.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring performance metrics are met and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Build strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with their goals.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the team to manage workflow, campaign execution, and project timelines.

  • Oversee the execution of partner marketing programs across multiple marketing channels, including digital, events, content, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

  • Monitor and manage partner marketing development funds for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend management, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.

  • Act as a point of escalation for partner marketing challenges, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships and campaign performance.

Skills required to be successful:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a partner marketing or channel marketing role, with at least 2 years (or equivalent) in a managerial position, preferably in a multinational company or B2B technology environment.

  • People Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for career development.

  • Operational Execution: Strong operational skills with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns from concept to completion across multiple channels.

  • Partner Relationships: Experience building and maintaining productive relationships with external partners, including resellers, integrators, and technology alliances.

  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with sales, local field marketing, alliances, and EMEA and global marketing teams.

  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance, make recommendations, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the EMEA cloud, analytics, and AI market, cultural nuances, and an understanding of partner ecosystems within the region.
