Monitor and manage partner marketing development funds for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend management, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Act as a point of escalation for partner marketing challenges, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships and campaign performance.
Experience: 5+ years in a partner marketing or channel marketing role, with at least 2 years (or equivalent) in a managerial position, preferably in a multinational company or B2B technology environment.
People Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for career development.
Operational Execution: Strong operational skills with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns from concept to completion across multiple channels.
Partner Relationships: Experience building and maintaining productive relationships with external partners, including resellers, integrators, and technology alliances.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with sales, local field marketing, alliances, and EMEA and global marketing teams.
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance, make recommendations, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the EMEA cloud, analytics, and AI market, cultural nuances, and an understanding of partner ecosystems within the region.
