WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Develop and Implement Partner Marketing Strategies to support our GSI alliances strategy:

    • Design and execute marketing plans to support Snowflake’s EMEA key GSI partnerships, driving awareness, expanding our engagement, and revenue growth.

    • Collaborate with GSIs to co-develop joint value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Create Joint Marketing Programs:

    • Plan and deliver joint campaigns, events, and content that showcase the combined value of Snowflake and its GSI partners.

    • Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content.

  • Support Scaled Enablement Programmes:

    • Equip GSI partners with marketing assets, training, and tools to effectively promote Snowflake’s solutions to their customers.

    • Organize partner enablement events, workshops, and sessions to drive alignment and readiness.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Define and measure key performance indicators for partner marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Collaborate Across Teams:

    • Work closely with Snowflake’s partner, sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals and ensure consistency in messaging and execution.

    • Foster strong relationships with GSI marketing teams to build trust and drive joint success.

  • Market Insights and Feedback:

    • Act as a conduit for market and customer insights from GSI partners to Snowflake’s internal teams.

    • Influence marketing strategies with EMEA-specific trends and requirements.

  • Budget Tracking and Management:

    • Keep track of the GSI initiatives that hit our budget - tracking and utilization - in partnership with the field partner marketing and partner managers to ensure alignment and consistency

  • Experience:

    • 7+ years of partner marketing, field marketing, or related experience in the technology industry.

    • Proven track record of designing and executing successful partner marketing programs.

    • Experience and expertise in working with GSIs strongly preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content and campaigns.

    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.

    • Ability to influence, motivate and work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment to drive outcomes based plans, programs and execution

  • Knowledge:

    • Understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and the role of GSIs in driving enterprise digital transformation.

    • Familiarity with cloud, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.

  • Mindset:

    • Results-oriented, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    • Passion for innovation, collaboration, and driving mutual success through partnerships.

  • Other:

    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within EMEA and occasionally internationally.
