As a Data & AI Sales Specialist Director, you will lead a team of Data & AI Specialists (Sales) and Technical Specialists (Presales) to drive sales of Azure Data and AI solutions to our managed customers.. You will play a crucial role in building momentum for digital transformation for our customers, partners, and Microsoft itself. This role requires a strong sales coach and leader with a challenger mentality, adept in sales leadership practices, and capable of executing solution sales across various areas in Qatar.

Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
    • Significant years of people management experience.
    • Significant solution or services sales experience, particularly in cloud platforms like Azure.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to drive digital transformation and cloud adoption.
    • Technical and business acumen in cloud infrastructure, data, applications, and security.

  • People Management: Lead, develop, and manage a team of high-performing Azure Infrastructure Specialists.
    • Model: Live our culture, embody our values, and practice our leadership principles.
    • Coach: Define team objectives and outcomes, enable success across boundaries, and help the team adapt and learn.
    • Care: Attract and retain great people, understand each individual’s capabilities and aspirations, and invest in the growth of others.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive solution opportunity revenue and market share.
    • Coordinate holistic cloud efforts across infrastructure, data, applications, and security.
    • Lead digital transformation efforts with customers, including executive decision-makers.
  • Customer Engagement: Support customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through digital engagement and partner co-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-collaboratively within the organization and with partners to deliver value to customers.
