What You'll Do
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, driving their success and growth with Uber.
- Service Delivery & Operations – Design and implement processes to ensure seamless service delivery while meeting SLAs through active collaboration with fleet partners and on-ground teams.
- Team Leadership – Lead and manage a high-performing team, setting clear OKRs, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving operational excellence.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation – Work closely with Uber’s Leadership, Product teams, and Functional Partners to define, refine, and execute Uber’s long-term strategy for employee transportation.
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or mobility/logistics industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Workspace and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Working knowledge of SQL to extract and analyze key data points.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in leading and managing large teams, including performance management and team development.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Transport Program management and Fleet management is a strong plus.
