The Role:
Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs that support our larger go-to-market efforts
Ensure timely lead follow up & tracking in coordination with BDR/SDR leadership
Maintain lead and opportunity lifecycle tracking within our automation tools and CRM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment for marketing initiatives
Create engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote product adoption
Analyze and report on marketing campaign and pipeline performance across the organization
Qualifications:
4+ years related experience in marketing operations & demand generation
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, web/SEO, and social media
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs like Salesforce
Exceptionally strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Marketo Engage
HTML/CSS skills
Adobe creative suite experience
Working CMS experience
Previous B2B SaaS software experience (cybersecurity is a plus too!)
Strong writing skills
Agility or Kanban project management experience
Experience working with marketing vendors
Work Environment:
Fully remote if not located in the Portland metropolitan area
