The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs that support our larger go-to-market efforts
  • Ensure timely lead follow up & tracking in coordination with BDR/SDR leadership
  • Maintain lead and opportunity lifecycle tracking within our automation tools and CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment for marketing initiatives
  • Create engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote product adoption
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign and pipeline performance across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years related experience in marketing operations & demand generation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, web/SEO, and social media
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs like Salesforce
  • Exceptionally strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Marketo Engage
  • HTML/CSS skills
  • Adobe creative suite experience
  • Working CMS experience
  • Previous B2B SaaS software experience (cybersecurity is a plus too!)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Agility or Kanban project management experience
  • Experience working with marketing vendors

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote if not located in the Portland metropolitan area
