Responsible for day-to-day management and orchestration and improvement of our core marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Drift and Google Analytics.
Drive marketing database strategy, including identifying gaps in our data, lead acquisition strategy and implementing practices that uplevel our data quality and database health.
Proactively engage with inside sales organization and demand gen team to ensure a smooth lead handoff by enhancing lead management processes for improved conversion rates and maximizing ROI of program dollars.
Collaborate with colleagues within the centralized NetApp Marketing Operations and Sales Operations team to champion CloudOps Marketing Operations requests and share best practices.
Document operation processes and strategies, as well asenable the adoption of optimized process across the business.
Partner with our team members to develop and maintain marketing dashboards, metrics and KPIs and to surface business insights.
Education
5+ years in Marketing Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
Experience architecting and operating core marketing technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Drift and related analytics tools (e.g. GA4, PowerBI)
Demonstrated knowledge of B2B marketing metrics (campaign performance metrics, demand funnel, email performance, web analytics, etc.)
Strong passion for problem-solving with stellar analytic skills to make data-driven recommendations.
Ability to work autonomously as needed, as well as ability to collaborate effectively with marketing leadership, marketers, sales and sales operations team to drive and to influence pipeline and revenue growth.
Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, GA4, and/or Drift certified a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or related field
