Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, planning, product management or equivalent to mid-career project management experience in business programs.
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of experience writing process documentation and mapping.
- 2+ years of experience in leading a demand generation team or understanding of demand generation
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.
- A track record of executing marketing operations with business results.
- Able to forge and manage efficient, successful agency or vendor relationships.
- Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and inspire others towards shared goals.
- Innate curiosity and desire to learn new things as well as share key learnings with others.
- Excel at driving virtual teams (corporate, field and agency), collaborating across a broad set of stakeholders in a manner that holds individuals accountable and includes them in the journey. Break down artificial silos by partnering with others on shared need or customer benefit.
