Key job responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs and services for EKS, capable of handling 1000+ TPS
* Architect and implement ML pipelines to enhance EKS capabilities, such as intelligent auto-scaling, predictive maintenance, and automated troubleshooting
* Contribute to the development of AI-powered features that leverage large language models (LLMs) to improve user experience and cluster management* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices
* Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability and performance of our services
* Contribute to open-source projects maintained by the team
Our tech stack is serverless, and we're always exploring new technologies to improve our services. You'll have the opportunity to work on greenfield projects and contribute to the evolution of EKS, making it easier for customers to manage and scale their Kubernetes clusters.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
