You'll collaborate closely with strategists, legal, compliance, marketing, sales, and other business functions to craft experiences for our participants and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end processes for participant and corporate client communications, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and support communication objectives.
- Monitor communication workflows and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
- Maintain detailed records of communication activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and governance frameworks.
- Obtain and archive all appropriate sign-offs from business, legal, and compliance teams.
- Oversee quality control procedures for all communications and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update communication projects on SharePoint and other platforms.
- Own the administration of the communication calendar and production schedule, ensuring projects meet tight deadlines.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to communication data and client information.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in communications, project management, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders under pressure.
Desired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in campaign management within a marketing context.
- Familiarity with equity plan administration.
