Our Group:

Our multi-disciplinary groupis responsible for developing new capabilities for the ICAPS domain .

As the Software QA Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the QA discipline within our team. You will work closely with the developers, QA engineers,automation developersand other stakeholders to ensure that all software products meet the highest quality standards. Some of the key responsibilities you will have include:

• Driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of software testing processes and procedures
• Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects
• Monitoring and reporting on testing progress and results
• Staying up-to-date with the latest software testing trends and technologies
• Collaborating with the developers to ensure the quality of the software
• Mentoring and training other members of the team
• Constantly looking for ways to improve the QA process and work closely with the scrum team to identify areas for improvement

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• An in-depth knowledge and experience in testing multi-disciplinary systems in a medium-large scale company.
• A bachelor's degree or practical engineer in one of the scientific fields
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong technical skills in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle
