Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture). 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Copilot andTeams Customer Engagements including Microsoft Modern Work Solutions: You will reach out to customers proactively and independently using knowledge of customer context;expertiseinCopilot for Microsoft 365,
  • PartnerEcosystem: You will act as the liaison between the partner and team andfacilitatingpartner resources and processes.IdentifyingCopilot for Microsoft 365,
  • Build Strategy forCopilot andTeams: You will provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability at the account level,leveragingknowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors in theCopilot for Microsoft365,MicrosoftTeams Calling, Meetings, devices, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement and Viva solutions space. You will take knowledge of customer feedback, specific Microsoft Teams solutions, and their context in a competitive landscape and delivering core competitive knowledge back to engineering teams to enhance Microsoft Teamsand Copilotcapabilities and to develop compete strategies.
  • Solution DesignandProof forCopilot andTeams: You will demonstrate (e.g., Architectural Design Sessions, and Proof of Concept sessions)Copilot for Microsoft 365,Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings, devices,Teams Premium,
