What You Will Do

• Design & execute system integrating tests of OpenStack & Openshift architectures.

• Develop, Automate & Maintain CI and acceptance testing jobs using Jenkins, Prow, Zuul and Python automation tools for OpenShift Operators

• Write clear and accurate bug reports

• Focus on building testing coverage of new features, including negative testing

• Help OpenSource community develop automation testing framework and enhance the coverage by adding more tests to the existing suite

• Participate in the design sessions of the product side by side with cloud architects and project managers to scope, prioritize new features and propose appropriate test strategies

• Collaborate with development team to define testing requirements during the planning phase (especially for end-to-end testing of RHOSO Operators)

What You Will Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a quality engineer, dev-ops engineer, or system administration

• Linux or UNIX system administration experience

• Experience with Jenkins, Zuul or Prow administration

• Experience with Git/Github or other version control system

• Experience with cloud computing environments or virtualization technologies like Openstack, AWS, VMware, KVM, and Xen.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English

• Good knowledge of Ansible, Docker and Python is a plus

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or CCNP certifications are preferred
