BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 10+ years of work experience in business development or account management
- Demonstrated ability to close partnerships with large Japanese companies
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and new ideas and evaluate tradeoffs with global technology teams
- High level of independence, flexibility, and ability to handle ambiguity
- A team player who is also able to work independently and can motivate teams.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and operate in ambiguous environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background/major in Computer Science
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
- Ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Ability to internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals
- Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at the C level
