This role is responsible for working closely with line management and executive teams on strategy and execution for people and culture in the business unit to drive performance and growth. The HR Partner is responsible for providing HR thought leadership, guidance, and execution by closely collaborating with all stakeholders , developing trusting relationships with, and earning confidence. The HR partner develops insight into the client’s business to apply HR capabilities to assess, develop, and execute strategies that create business value while acting as the single face of HR to upline leadership. They are focused on improving employee engagement and creating an inclusive culture, while using data and analytics to develop useful insights about the workforce, they support. They integrate Human Resources by demonstrating expertise in all the functional elements of their job role and are effective at executing our HR Programs and priorities. The HR Partner is an effective communicator and coach who drives to favorable outcomes by applying a variety of leadership styles i.e., influencing, guiding, and directing to help leaders be the best they can be. To enhance the organization’s effectiveness in support of business growth, the HR Partner proactively addresses opportunities and issues related to organization design and development; leadership assessment, development, planning, and coaching; skills assessment and development; employee engagement; diversity and inclusion; workforce planning and optimization, hiring, attrition; performance management; labor cost; compensation; and employee and labor relations. The HR Partner thinks strategically about leadership and talent as accelerators for growth and are innovative, creative, and bold when solving problems and addressing new opportunities. They may also serve as a team member or lead on cross-functional HR teams at the business unit, site, country, region, or geography level. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Business unit, country, or international professional mastery related to operations, strategies, and objectives in leading edge or critical situations. Teamwork at highest levels. Plan and conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.

Accountable for business unit, major country, or international projects or programs. Responsible for committing multiple resources and achieving customer satisfaction, cost, expense, revenue and other business measurements of critical importance.
