Your daily work will be diverse and dynamic. You'll collaborate with scientists and ML engineers, reviewing data processing approaches and machine learning models. You'll plan and oversee large-scale experiments, balancing immediate project needs with long-term scientific initiatives.Typical tasks include solving complex data science problems, developing ML/AI solutions for automation and insights, and interacting with internal partners. You'll stay connected to production environments to ensure customer needs are met.Mentoring team members and leading educational sessions on AI/ML best practices will be part of your role. This position requires adaptability, as you'll switch between technical work, strategic planning, and people management throughout your day.

- PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics
- 3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
- Experience in applied research
