As a system engineer, you’ll be managing and leading varied engineering solutions in a wide range of complexity. Working closely with internal and external groups, Suppliers and 3rd party.
Whatyou'll be doing:
Engineering Projects management on multi-disciplinary systems:
- Provide engineering solutions -Obsolescence Management for Obsolete parts, Re-engineering activities (work with 3rd party and suppliers from the design phase till release)
- Cost reduction activities on spare parts - increase lifetime, quality, repair solution.
- Project management- Manage meetings, Timeline, Budget, Escalations.
- Lead qualification of engineering solution to spec.
- Support ECOs (Engineering change orders) activities as a module owner for engineering changes.
- Documentation – Technical reports, Supplier’s procedures, FCO’s, (Field change orders) PPT (Project Plan& Presentation),
- Work and support both external and internal groups on technical aspects (SBU –
Service Business Unit

What should you have?
- B.Sc. in relevant fields: Electrical Engineering, Electro Optics
- Technical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Electronic- HW Analog /Digital, Motion controllers, Optic -lasers)
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the industry in similar roles.
- Data analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
