Essential Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Performance Media Strategy & Execution:
Own and optimize campaigns across SEM, affiliates, and programmatic channels, ensuring they deliver against acquisition and revenue KPIs.
Partner with agencies, networks, and platforms to maximize ROI through effective media buying and partnership negotiations.
Affiliate & Partnership Management:
Build and scale affiliate marketing programs, working closely with global and regional partners.
Manage referral, rewards, and incentive-based partnerships to expand merchant acquisition.
Optimization & Innovation:
Leverage automation, AI, and advanced bidding strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuously test, analyze, and scale new performance media opportunities, including emerging programmatic and search formats.
Analytics & Reporting:
Partner with analytics teams to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with creative, content, sales, and product marketing teams to align campaigns with merchant needs.
Support global campaign rollouts while tailoring strategies to local market maturity and audience behavior.
Preferred Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven expertise in SEM, affiliates, and programmatic channels.
Track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets across performance channels and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Strong hands-on experience with major platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Trade Desk, affiliate networks, etc.).
Experience in B2B or financial services marketing preferred, with a global perspective.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in campaign measurement, attribution, and optimization.
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and collaborative environment.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $84,500 to $140,250
