Partner with business teams to develop and execute procurement plans aligned with business strategies and priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders including executive-level regional business leads.
Design, conduct and synthesize supplier, industry and market research for assigned commodities to develop sourcing strategies.
Provide analysis of requirements, spend, and savings to ensure the most cost-effective options.
Identify and negotiate commercial cost reduction opportunities based on a solid understanding of cost drivers and contracts.
Develop and manage suppliers according to business needs and maintain day-to-day supplier relationships; act as the lead point of contact for commercial discussion.
Issue RFXs for sourcing assigned commodities, review raised purchase requests and support/lead a strategic sourcing approval process.
Work on “Lean” initiatives and identify other sourcing efficiencies via benchmarking, competitive quotes and resourcing.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement principles, policies and processes.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Procurement experience at an international company is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
Excellent English communication and writing skills
