Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
Experience working with 3D meshes and using automation tools (such as Python) to process the meshes to generate anthropometric insights.
Technical experience in creating studies and analyzing data using Python, Matlab, R or custom software.
Experience with usability studies and surveys as well as vision science paradigms that span across all aspects related to how humans perceive from display and visual contents.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
Experience with CAD tools, such as Solidworks, NX, MeshLab, and simulation tools such as Abaques.
Experience using anthropometry and drive design of wearable or other hardware devices.
Knowledge of display and optical systems, and how the parameters affect human visual perception, and experience with measuring these impacts to drive product design.
Human factors and ergonomics research background or expertise.
