What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain payment Crypto software applications and systems that protect Walmart's information and technology assets.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate security measures into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, and GDPR.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and other security assessments to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for software development and system administration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior software engineers and other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve Walmart's information security posture.
What you'll bring:
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on information security.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and secure coding practices.
- Experience with security protocols, such as SSL/TLS, and encryption technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, and GDPR.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
