Job description:

• Post and apply multi-currency customer receipts to customer accounts daily, investigate and resolve customer allocation queries in a timely manner
• Meet tight deadlines while managing a high volume of payment postings with accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct through analysis to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
• Resolve cash posting issues working cross functionally to resolve any issues
• Attention to detail with an ability to work in an environment where compliance with processes, procedures & SLA’s is paramount
• Documentation and maintenance of team processes and procedures
• Managing a shared mailbox, receiving a wide variety of requests and queries

• Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service
• Participate in adhoc projects.

Skills/Experience

• Educated to third level business qualification not required, but beneficial
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data sorting/filtering
• Proven experience as a Cash Allocation Specialist or similar role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume payment posting environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve payment discrepancies and balance-related issues
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with internal teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in an organized manner
• Ability to handle high volumes of transactions with accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure, prioritizing workload to meet strict deadlines
• Be a self-starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to changing priorities
