In this role, you’ll:
Working closely with the Global BTP Customer Engagement Team; supporting Consumption and Adoption efforts of BTP covering following aspects:
- Define and create cloud adoption and consumption journey
- Cross team collaboration with different Program owners
- Support with Operational aspects of day to day running business
- Provide assistance and support to CSM (Customer Success Managers) to identify Consumption opportunities
- Support with Data validation and follow up activities
- Set up Process to identify, track and bring consumption risks to closure
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent
- Preferably with min. 1 year remaining in study
- Computer skills: Very good knowledge Microsoft Office Applications. General understanding of Business Applications, Cloud Computing, PaaS and SaaS Preferred
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Independent working style; Organizational skills with ability to stick to follow up and maintain schedule; Project management experience
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service aptitude to support Stakeholders and Solution Area professionals
