• Leads the technical training on Apptio solutions for partners as well as internal IBM resources.

• Solution focus: CLDY and A1
• Initial technical overview training on how to configure and use solutions
• Ongoing follow-up training as needed for specific use cases

• Given above, the focus is on delivering education outside the current, standard curriculums and/or delivering content with less defined requirements and designs.
• Provides partner with basic technology-related support ad hoc as needed post-training.
• Connects regularly connect with Apptio GPSO team identify needs that are vetted and driven by Apptio GPSO team, to prioritize activities, provide input on where processes can be improved.
• Collaborates with the instructional design team in developing, reviewing, and improving course materials for partners.
• Partners with GPSO and Education team to share ideas and make training better.
• Owns ad hoc projects or work streams of partner learning programs with guidance from GPSO team and manager.
• As needed, supports IBM webinars where technical overview has been requested.
• Passionate about teaching, supporting learning experiences, and working with customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of the SaaS industry and software products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to effectively present information (oral and written) and respond to student questions in one-on-one and group settings
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
• 2 years teaching/ training experience
