Order Acquisition Officer
Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Provides general support to the order department, performing contract management activities and tasks
- Works closely with cross-functional teams
- Introduces new supporting process activities.
You are responsible for:
- Conducting compliance audits
- Collect order-intake documents (including singed configuration, Contract Summary, bid win notice, commission form and related files)
- Track price approval process and E-commercial/COS OIT process
- Check the third party products, biding fee, commission and other reserved fees according to contract summary and bidding documents under the company guideline.
- Contact with I/E firm to negotiate the contract terms and conditions.
- Transfer all qualified OIT files to order management team.
- Fill in Realtime and maintenance it accurate and in time.
- Cooperate with sales support, order management, project manager and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution. Evaluate and Monitor Contract Execution

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: 1-3 years working experience
- Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English verbally and in writing.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- With passion of serving customers, team working and highly responsible and loyal to the company.
