Manage and lead a training operations team in developing, delivering, and optimizing world-class learning experiences
Contribute to strategy, processes, and technologies for technical learning to meet tool & customer availability requirements.
Implement various learning methods, using different mediums (self-learning, instructor-led learning, supplemental materials, and interactive learning such as VR/AR)
Measure and supervise ongoing impact of learning operations
Proactively seek out ways to simplify processes and identify opportunities to use technology to scale and build efficiencies
Work with other learning management teams for managing and optimizing all technical learning activities
Guide project teams and workstreams and influence organizational change of new learning programs, including monitoring of progress against scope, schedule, and budget and hold teams accountable to commitments and results
International travel is required (=<25%)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s /Master's Level Degree
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in field support or technical training is required
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and customers
Critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and simultaneously support multiple initiatives
Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment is preferred
Proficiency with learning management systems & reporting is an advantage
Good understanding of security solutions and technologies is preferred
