As the Telco/GSI Account Manager, you will be pivotal in nurturing and enhancing our partnerships, particularly focusing on government framework agreements. Your role will involve developing and executing growth strategies, fostering collaborative relationships, and driving sales through innovative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, measure, and execute a growth strategy for assigned Telco/Consultant accounts.
  • Create and implement an annual Strategic Plan, conducting quarterly business reviews to assess progress.
  • Drive sales through creative and innovative partnerships.
  • Lead complex negotiations and manage contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate account mapping strategies with internal sales teams.
  • Expand and manage relationships with Telco/ Consultant partners at all levels.
  • Identify new accounts and end users while effectively managing enterprise relationships.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in the cybersecurity sector, with a focus on public conventions such ie CONSIP / LAN (x) and similar frameworks.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of solution selling experience to handle relationships with Telco/ Consultant aimed at serving large multinational enterprise agreements.
  • Experience working with Telco/ Consultant partners.
  • Background in IT security sales or sales management.
  • Deep understanding of the regulations and procedures related to public conventions, particularly in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve company objectives.
  • Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate a clear return on investment value proposition.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing complex sales strategies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all management levels, both internally and with customers.
  • Deep understanding of the regulations and procedures related to public conventions, particularly in the cybersecurity sector.
