You will have a high degree of ownership as you define target customer segments, product positioning, and service launch plans. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Global Planning and Operations, Customer Service, Field Services, and more. A successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and able to work extremely effectively in a matrixed organization. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technology savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives, especially related to consumer products and services. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment—all while ensuring a successful service launch in Mexico.Key job responsibilities
- Evaluate competitive landscape and benchmark service plans, pricing, features, and partnerships to guide product roadmap- Deliver comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders

- 4+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 4+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
