Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in shipping AAA current generation games as aProducer, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile software development methods such as Scrum, Kanban,SAFeor Lean.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for Games. Both playing video games and a passion for understanding.
• ProficiencywithAzure Dev Ops,Jira, or similar bug database.
• Experience with the adoption and support of Scrum/Agile processes with AAA game development teams.
• Experience as aProcessManageror Agile coach.
• Project Management and Organization Skills:Program Management is a detail-oriented job. Your communications are clear, concise, and specific. You are adept at backlog management and organization.
