Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute BU strategies to ensure a strong market presence of your responsible animal categories.
- Facilitate regular leadership meeting planning, execution, and follow-ups
- Track progress and realization of functional scorecard initiatives
- Play as strategic interface with all departments within the organization, drive process and change initiatives to define the annual strategic and activity planning
- Identify and develop key opinion leaders to ensure strong advocacy for therapy area/ responsible products
- Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve objectives of all products across poultry including sales targets and market shares
- Work closely with the Asia marketing team of the category for new product launches;
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and therapy knowledge under responsibility;
- Monitor performance and control A&P budget
- Localizes digital content as needed
Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline
- Min. 8 years experience in a multinational company in a sales and marketing-related position; and prior experience in marketing for at least 5 years
- Data analytical skill with the mindset of data drives decision;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
- Strong collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders
