And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.As a Civil Engineer, you will leverage your land development design experience to work directly with our Real Estate, Design and Construction teams in your region. You will play a pivotal role in delivering data center campus sites and serve as the engineering representative for the Design Engineering team, ensuring projects meet strict quality and performance standards.Key job responsibilities
- Communicate conceptual designs and create/maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction.
- Develop and maintain design standards, design prototypes, and template specifications related to site design.- Create, review, and release design RFPs.
- Manage our external civil design consultants through the design and construction process.
- Review designs for grading, storm water, utilities, and pavement.
- Coordinate with internal and external Architecture, Structure and MEP design engineers.
- Effectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners.

- Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Ideally +10 years civil engineering experience with a focus on land development, large industrial, warehouse and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in earthworks, grading, paving, storm water, utility design and landscaping.
- Solid understanding of local standards and authority design standards

- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Civil Engineering accreditation.
- Motivated, dependable, and capable of working with limited oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to think outside of the box to find innovative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel internationally
