Responsibilities:

• Payments data input into banking systems with the highest accuracy
• Cooperation with other Citi teams from all over the world
• Data correction in banking systems
• Individual involvement in international projects
• Comprehensive process and product knowledge
• Ensure timeliness (according to cut-off time) and accuracy of processing payments & tasks to be delivered
• Issues and escalations identification, reporting and handling till the resolutions
• Shift-work (early- 7AM/ mid - 10AM /late – 2:30 PM shifts) including public holidays, occasionally weekends for testing purposes

Ideal background:

• Strong English and Hungarian knowledge
• Confident user of MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Ability to work in a team and dealing with international partners
• Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset
• Precision, keen attention to details
• Quick learner
• Independence in solving problems
• Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to strict daily deadlines
