Optimize Applications: Ensure AR/VR applications are optimized for performance and usability, offering the best user experience.Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously integrate the latest advancements in AR, VR, and AI technologies into learning programs.Drive Learning Adoption: Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to promote and implement new learning initiatives.Monitor Program Effectiveness: Analyze data to measure learning program success and recommend adjustments for improvement.RME Learning & Development Mission: We use science, data, and innovative approaches to reinvent workplace learning. We provide the right training and performance support, to the right people, at the right time. We build the capabilities that equip RME with the maintenance skills and equipment knowledge to grow, develop, and scale.

-Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in AR development, with a portfolio of AR/VR and AI applications.
-Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools like Blender, Maya, or similar software.
-Solid understanding of computer vision, image processing, and 3D graphics.
