Work with the Director of Partner Training and the Senior Instructional Designer to agree learning topics that meet customer needs.
Work with our Application Engineers Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design the structure of courses set learning objectives /outcomes, storyboard modules, and produce assessment activities.
Edit and refine scripts written in English, ensuring clarity, coherence, and correctness for voiceovers.
Deliver training and support to team members on video editing standard processes and tools.
Use Asana to prioritise multiple video editing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment to project timelines.
Use the Arm Online Training Template, Camtasia, and Rise 360 to produce audio-visual learning content in-line with Arm Online Learning Guidelines.
Gain sign off from Application Engineers and reviewers for the learning content.
Coordinate and produce voice-over narration to accompany video content.
Required Skills and Experience:
Skilled in instructional design and rapid eLearning authoring.
Experience with eLearning development tools such as TechSmith Camtasia and Articulate Rise 360 to produce high-quality and consistent video content.
Skilled in taking sophisticated technical topics and breaking them down into understandable and relevant content.
Accurate with good attention to detail.
Ability to handle & coordinate multiple development tasks at a time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A good team-player, able to collaborate but also able to work well independently.
Solid command of the English language, with experience in editing and refining scripts.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
Having experience with Learning Management Systems is desirable,
Mandarin speaking and written language skills.
Familiarity with the Asana Project Management tool.
Familiarity with subtitling and captioning tools such as CaptionHub.
Knowledge of scripting and recording processes for video content.
Proficiency in the use of AI tools to assist in the development of training content.
