What do Product Designers atKenshoo Skaido?

• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to planning the user experience, designing the UI, and supporting the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, engineers, and QA specialists.
• Utilize and expandKenshoo Skai’sdesign systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
• Design pixel-perfect user interfaces, with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Produce all visual assets and guidelines, necessary for the development teams.

This role is right for you if you:

• Have 3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces for B2B or complex systems, with a strong portfolio demonstrating B2B UI design.
• Are organized and detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
• Have real-life experience managing a product's full lifecycle, including research, requirements gathering, and UI design.
• Are an excellent communicator, able to explain design rationale clearly and effectively.
• Are a team player, who actively seeks opportunities to collaborate with others.
• Have a keen eye for details, ensuring every design aspect is perfect.
• Are self-motivated: with the ability to manage your workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
