Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a focus on creating self-service reporting tools and dashboards.
2 years of people-leadership experience.
Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree.
Certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and storytelling with data to convey insights effectively to stakeholder.
Experience in designing and developing self-service reporting tools tailored for procurement stakeholders.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data quality assurance and creating impactful data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and systems, and familiarity with SQL or other query languages for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
