You will play a key role in providing exceptional subject matter expertise and solving complex problems to make a difference for our Clients. Colleagues and Clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact, when it comes to resolving complex issues, strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers, capabilities; and key business and initiatives. You’ll act as a credible advisor, influencing Clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. You will operate in a complex, cloud-architectural landscape and will be responsible for driving changes in existing systems and creation of new systems to provide a world class client expertise. We are looking for candidates who will strengthen our Data Technology Team in Poland. We’re interested in professionals wiling to develop in Data & Analytics area, with a genuine interest to contribute to the growth of the Data capability with.

Your scope of duties:

1. Product development management:
   • Defining the product vision and development strategy.
   • Creating and managing the product backlog.
   • Prioritization of functions and tasks in the backlog.
   • Participating in the development of functional and technical specifications.
   • Monitoring the progress of product development.
   • Participate in testing and verification of new features and their compliance with requirements.
2. Working with the development team:
   • Work closely with the development team to ensure understanding of requirements.
   • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprints and retrospectives.
   • Coordinate activities with other teams (e.g. marketing, sales, technical support).
3. Sales and Marketing Support:
   • Work with the marketing team to develop product promotion strategies, market research and competitive analysis....
   • Co-creation of sales materials.
   • Participate in presentations and meetings with customers.
   • Gathering and analyzing user and stakeholder feedback.
   • Identifying customer needs and customizing the product to meet their requirements.
4. Budget Management:
   • Planning and controlling the product development budget.
   • Monitoring costs and optimizing expenses.
5. Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) of the product.
   • Regular reporting of progress and results to stakeholders.
6. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential risks associated with product development and sales.
   • Develop risk management plans and implement them.
7. Innovation and Improvement:
   • Exploring new product development opportunities.

Our Requirements:

• Ability to design and document data architecture, management processes, and data governance.
• Ability to analyze and document data structures and transformations.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to develop in the area of data and analytics as well as Gen AI.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, track, and report the status of deliverables.
• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the implementation and management of IT projects.
• Experience in selected functional domains (e.g. sales, customer service, debt collection, call center, etc.) and industries (e.g. banking, insurance, oil & gas, retail, e-commerce, etc.).
