Your impact

As the People and Culture & Human Resources Senior Manager of this project, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources and culture initiatives in support of the organization’s goals and objectives. You will provide strategic leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and overall employee engagement. You will also be responsible for leading and driving HR initiatives and process improvements across the organization. Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and high levels of employee motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and updating policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a Training, Education or Human Resources role.
  • Proven experience as an Educator, HR manager or senior HR role, preferably in a construction or development environment.
  • Ideally knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Essential experience leading improvement initiatives within educational or corporate environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
