Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in a Sales role or equivalent experience in a customer facing technical/engineering or consulting role.
Experience influencing and building relationships at the executive decision-making level (i.e. C-level) cross-functionally in a multinational organization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams with profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and experience planning and managing at an executive and operational level within a sales environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience driving successful digital or Cloud transformations at scale across the value chain
Deep, trusted industry relationships across the Consumer Packaged Goods sector
Experience with revenue growth, managing and exceeding sales goals.
