Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and execute a lead generation strategy that drives pipeline and creates sustainable revenue at scale.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and partnership with Sales to ensure continued alignment and enablement.
- Analyze transaction information, to identify trends in the data and propose new omni channel campaigns that will drive more revenue to the company.
- Drive the development of new targeting models and approaches to optimize and scale our global lead generation machine.
- Ensure a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate / meaningful reporting for all campaigns.
- Have a strong understanding of the underlying CRM architecture and processes to aid in decision making.
- Weekly collaboration with Database Marketing team and stakeholders around active campaigns and review/escalate on quality feedback.
- Deliver high level results using data from lead generation and lead qualification dashboards & reporting.
- Ensure you are coaching, developing, and communicating with your team routinely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B lead generation experience with global experience preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial data and how to leverage that to drive quality sales ready leads and opportunities
- Creative problem solver who can design solutions from qualitative and quantitative data
- Operational understanding (or willingness to learn) of sales processes and business operating mode
- Proven experience with SQL, and statistical languages like R or Python.
- Deep knowledge in relevant technologies: Salesforce, Teradata, Eloqua, JIRA, Excel
- Ability to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment and thrive in an unstructured environment
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with cross-functional team members
- Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities
