- Develop, propose and run financing/leasing or other programs with financing partners and channel partners- Managing relationships with financing partners- Improve efficiency of financing partners processes
Key Qualifications
10+ years of experience in business development and program execution in either the financial services industry or sales roles, leading teams/projects across multiple countries
An understanding of global financing practices and country specific legal/regulatory environments is critical
Proven track record of structuring financing program agreements with major financial institutions and FinTech’s on a worldwide basis
Experience with alternative credit scoring algorithms and payment methods
Extensive knowledge of financial solutions including but not limited to leasing, financing, subscription, pay as you go, rental, forward trade-in
Experience integrating financing programs with third-party resellers and managing the upgrade cycle for B2B and B2C customers
Ability to work with product and services sales teams, with a view towards sales enablement while maintaining profitability and risk control
Strong financial and analytical skills is a must
Experience with credit card installments and managing issuers
Experience working with cross-functional internal teams and constituency groups on a worldwide basis will be key
Excellent communication, people and project management skills are crucial as is the ability to influence and perform the role of financing program ambassador at all times
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally a minimum of 30%
Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university is required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience, including MBA or JD preferred.
