In this role, you will:

• Manage significant financial risk and performance impacting trade service business and possibly the company
• Be responsible for the overall operational performance of a large segment of the international trade services business
• Lead through other managers or a professional team with participating in major policy, planning and budget decisions
• Define policies and procedures to comply with the United States and foreign compliance procedures
• Participate in the implementation of long term strategies, policies and technological advancements in support of international operations functions
• Develop and implement strategies for own segment
• Interface with management and line of business relationship teams formulating trade service standards and product offerings to global customers
• Monitor workflows and productivity to ensure service level agreements for delivery and quality are met or exceeded
• Collaborate with managers to monitor issues and to ensure quality and efficiency in the Trade Services functional area
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Trade Services
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong Knowledge and experience in international trade services business
• People Management Experience
