Description
- Contractor Management: Lead all aspects of the performance and service quality of third-party technicians, ensuring contract compliance and addressing any performance issues.- Operational Oversight: Lead maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, general repairs, and project support, to maintain building assets.- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support operational needs and maintenance requirements, encouraging a collaborative working environment.- Reporting & Audits: Conduct regular audits of service tickets and maintenance activities to identify trends, address potential issues, and ensure timely work order closure.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing contracts or personnel
- Technical training, technical school background or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing both in-house teams and third-party contractors.
- Proven experience in facilities building maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance protocols, logistics, and use of work order management systems.
- Ability to provide on-call support in case of emergencies or other off-hours issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, and provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with team members, management, and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Apple products, Spreadsheets, BOX, Tririga / ServiceChannel
- Ability to understand the complex business environments at Apple and excel in customer service.
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that arise day or night.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $46.60 and $70.30/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
